Goods and Services Tax
Due to new tax regulations, Goods and Services Tax (GST) will be calculated at the appropriate rate on all purchases.

Goods returned under Warranty
· Premium Data Solutions Pty Ltd provides a 12 Month Warranty on all products unless specified in the manufacturers warranty.
· Premium Data Solutions Pty Ltd provides a 24 Month Warranty on Computer Systems carrying the Premium Data Solutions Logo.
· Goods returned under warranty will be repaired or replaced at Premium Data Solutions Pty Ltd discretion.
· An RA# must be obtained from our customer service department before any goods are returned.
· Any costs associated with the returning of goods to Premium Data Solutions Pty Ltd under warranty is the responsablity of the sender.
· Premium Data Solutions Pty Ltd will void the warranty on any product that has been mishandled, modified, or interfered with by unauthorised personnel. The removal of any factory seals, serial numbers, or warranty stickers will also void the warranty.
· Goods returned to Premium Data Solutions Pty Ltd under warranty and found not to be faulty will attract a service fee of $100.00
· Warranty will not be provided for goods returned without a copy of the original invoice pertaining to the purchase of the goods.

Title
Title to any products shall not pass to the customer until the full purchase price has been duly paid to and receipted in cleared funds by Premium Data Solutions Pty Ltd. Ownership of products delivered by Premium Data Solutions Pty Ltd will only be transferred to the customer when all monies owing to Premium Data Solutions Pty Ltd have been paid in full.
